May Chang (Litsea Cubeba) is cultivated in Indonesia and known as the “Oil of Tranquility”. Through diffusion, it’s thought to harness refreshing, uplifting properties, which make it a useful aromatic tonic for alleviating psychological fatigue.
Lemon (Citrus Limonum) is an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial ingredient that can help enhance your mood, heighten mental clarity, and reduce stress.
Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia) is cultivated on the Ivory Coast, Southern Italy and Sicily and has a sweet, citrusy aroma. Bergamot is often used in aromatherapy to treat stress, depression, low self-confidence and anxiety.
Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) is extensively cultivated in Brazil, California and Florida and is renowned for its pleasant and uplifting aroma. This essential oil has been known to offer a host of purifying and mood-enhancing properties through diffusion.
Patchouli (Pogostemon Cablin) is cultivated in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia and the Philippines and boasts a woody yet floral scent. It is often used in Aromatherapy to connect the body & mind, helping to bring emotional balance and security.
Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is cultivated in Italy and tropical America and is known for its energising, sharp, and fruity fragrance. Lime can be particularly effective – when diffused – during the cold and flu season due to its purifying and restorative properties.

The unique characteristics of Eternal Sunshine’s Violet Miron glass bottles filter out the damaging rays of the visible light spectrum while allowing small amounts of UVA and infrared light waves in, keeping the essential oils fresher for longer.
Simply blend 5 to 20 drops of your favourite essential oil(s) with a tablespoon of carrier oil (we recommend using Grapeseed or Argan oil).
Then gently swirl 3-5 drops of your favourite Eternal Sunshine blend into a warm bath to unlock the therapeutic benefits that pure essential oils have to offer.
